Our AI work has two parts.

AI application development. We design and build AI-powered applications of any kind, end to end — AI assistants working on your internal data, document and image analysis, intelligent automation, or AI features inside your existing products.

Self-hosted AI on private infrastructure. For organisations that cannot or will not send data to external clouds, we deploy open-source AI models on your own infrastructure. Your data stays in your house. That matters everywhere, and it matters most in medicine: patient data, clinical documents and internal knowledge bases can be put to work with modern language models without a single byte leaving your environment.

For organisations that need a senior product partner rather than a co-founder: we design, build and ship digital products and services — SaaS platforms, mobile apps, data platforms and e-commerce — with the same team and the same standards we apply to our own ventures.

When you have the project and the leadership but not the people: through Techteam GmbH in Munich we provide capable, senior technical teams and individual experts — data scientists, developers, designers — who integrate into your project for as long as you need them.
